Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work

- as Aristoteles said once. We Sentorians, on the other hand, do not believe that you can ever achieve perfection.  We know that there is no way to build systems, apps or networks that are 100% secure or create a magical solution that works for everyone to deal with the threats posed by cybercriminals. Why? The digital landscapes that we all move in are changing all the time and new cyberthreats are constantly being developed.

Passion for security

Our team consists of individuals who are united in their common interest in security. Since the conditions for security change all the time, we Sentorians are determined to never stop growing and learning.

In order to do that, we invest in training, specialisations, and not least, creating a corporate culture where no one is expected to be perfect, but where everyone is expected to have a strong drive to fight the cybercrimaae of today and tomorrow. As evidence of the long-term efforts, we are also certified by Great Place to Work for the sixth year in a row.

Mats Malmberg

CEO

Born in 1972
Sentorian since 2017

In his role as CEO, Mats is responsible for Sentor’s leadership and strategic direction. Mats has a long experience within the industry as a consultant, consultant manager and as Head of Information Security. He has a Master’s of Business Administration from Lund University and has also studied Systems Science. Privately, Mats spends time with his wife and two children, and stays in shape through, among other things, crossfit, downhill skiing and fly fishing.

Thomas Rakar

Sales Director

As the most recent addition to the management team, Thomas is responsible for sales at Sentor. We discovered Thomas at Tele2, where he had spent the last 11 years developing successful sales teams in different regions and segments. He has a law degree from Lund University and additional studies in sociology and economics. When he is not working or out with his family, he is usually playing sports, which is very important to him, since he has also developed an interest in good food and good wine.

Martin Zetterlund

Head of Managed Security

Martin founded Sentor together with Kenny Jansson in 1998. Martin is currently responsible for the Managed Security Services business unit. Over the years, Martin has done most things within Sentor, including starting a business unit for anti-scraping services, which was then spun off and sold to Distil Networks. Martin has three children, is interested in how things work, as well as fishing and boating.
